The same inputs always produce the same answer.

Intelligence reasons and writes. It does not rank, and it never touches a dollar figure. Selection is deterministic, money is arithmetic, and every number traces to something you supplied or something a person reviewed and signed. Where you have not given us a number, you get a blank — never an estimate dressed as a fact.
