They told us not to build that, so we did not. Every score is weighted by what is actually installed at your site, its Purdue level, and the production consequence of it failing — the same question scores differently at a compressor station and at a refinery, because it should. The score is how the four outcomes above get produced. On its own it is just a number.
Below three stars, the finding stops being a finding. It becomes a costed, ranked programme improvement.
